There may be cases where changes or cancellations are needed for a reservation due to customer requests, such as changing the date, time, or number of people.
Please refer to the following instructions for handling these changes.
Steps to Edit a Reservation:
1. Cancel a Reservation

2. Modify a ReservationReservation Editing Steps:
1. From the menu bar, select Restaurant > Reservations.
2. Select the reservation you want to edit or manage.
On the reservation screen, you can perform the following 3 actions:
1. Cancel a Reservation
・It is the process of canceling the reservation (for online reservations, a cancellation notification email will be automatically sent).
・A warning message will appear; click "Yes" to confirm.
・For manual reservations, the cancellation will be complete.
・For online reservations made by users, a cancellation notification email will be automatically sent to the user.
[If a Cancellation Fee is Set]
If a cancellation fee is set, the following message will appear after you cancel:
・Confirm the collection of the cancellation fee and press the Confirm button.
・Once the cancellation fee is collected, it cannot be undone, so please be cautious.

Conditions for Collecting a Cancellation Fee:
・The reservation must be made via AutoReserve online.※For detailed instructions on cancellation fees, please refer to [here].
2. Modify a Reservation
・Select "Change Reservation" at the bottom-right of the reservation details screen.
・The entire editing screen will look like the following:
Please refer to the instructions below and edit according to the changes:
① When you select "Status," you can choose from the following options: [Reservation Completed], [Partial Arrival], [Arrived], [Checked Out], [Paid].
② When you select either "Reservation Date and Time" or "Number of People," you will be directed to the following screen. After making changes to the date, time, or number of people, click "Save Changes" at the bottom right to return to the original screen.
③ When you select "Seat," you will be directed to the following screen. Check the new seat you want to assign, and then click "Save Changes" at the bottom right to return to the original screen.
④ When you select "Customer Information," you will be directed to the following screen. Search and select the customer, then click "Save Changes" at the bottom right to return to the original screen.
⑤ For "Course," "Allergies," and "Notes," you can directly edit them within this screen without navigating away.
Once all changes (①-⑤) are verified, click the Update button at the bottom to complete the reservation modification.
Once you have confirmed that all items from ① to ⑤ are correct, click the "Update" button at the bottom to complete the reservation change.
If you click the "Cancel" button, you will return to the reservation details screen without updating the changes.
