Manually Creating Reservations
Even though you've started accepting online reservations, some reservations will inevitably come through other means.
In such cases, you can still create reservations flexibly using the following steps.

① Enter Date & Number of People
② Choose Seats
③ Set Details (Customer Info, Course, etc.)
④ Final Confirmation(1) Select "Restaurant" > "Reservations."
(2) Click on the "Add Reservation" button in the lower right corner.

(3) Select the reservation date.
(4) Select the reservation time.
(5) Choose the number of adults and children for the reservation.
(6) If the details are correct, tap "Select Seats" in the lower right. (You can also skip seat selection.)
② Seat Selection
Each seat's frame color has a specific meaning.
MEMO
White frame: This seat cannot accommodate the number of people for the reservation.
Green frame: This seat can accommodate the number of people for the reservation.The red text at the bottom, "Please select seats for [number] more people," will disappear once you select enough seats.
(7) Select the seat you want to use for the reservation. (A checkmark will appear when you select a seat.)
In the case below, for a reservation of 2 people:
・Selecting either 2 counter seats or a table will make the red text disappear.
(8) If the details are correct, tap "Enter Details" in the lower right.
If you want to go back to the previous screen, select the button in the lower left.
③ Details
Enter Customer Information
If the customer has visited before and is registered in the system, you can search by their name or phone number to link the reservation to them.
The search screen will automatically switch once you start typing.
※If there is too little information entered, the search may take time.
※If the customer is not registered, they will be automatically registered.
Enter Reservation Details
・If the customer has a specific course request, tap "Select Course" and choose the appropriate course.
・You can adjust the number of people using the "+" and "-" buttons.
・If you need to leave a note for this reservation, enter it in the memo section.
・By checking the reservation tag, an icon will appear on the chart view, making it easy to view the information at a glance.
If the details are correct, tap "Confirm Details" in the lower right.
④ Select Reservation Attendant
Choose the attendant and tap "Confirm and Proceed."
⑤ Confirmation
Review the details. If everything is correct, tap the "Confirm" button in the lower right to finalize the reservation.
Check the reservation chart screen to confirm that the reservation has been created.
Hourly Reservation Confirmation
・Select "Restaurant" > "Reservations" and choose the date at the top.
・You can check the number of reservations for each business hour.
※If a manual reservation is made for a time period with no configured business hours, "Other" will be displayed on the reservation screen.
