1. Open the reservation details for the reservation where you want to collect the cancellation fee and click on the "Cancel Reservation" button.
2. A confirmation message will appear asking whether to collect the cancellation fee. Select "Collect Cancellation Fee" and click on "Confirm Reservation Cancellation."
※Once confirmed, this action cannot be undone, so please proceed with caution.
★ Options for Collecting Cancellation Fees
Depending on the selection, you will choose how the cancellation fee will be deducted from the customer's credit card:
・"Collect Cancellation Fee"
The specified cancellation fee, along with the reservation fee for using AutoReserve, will be charged to the customer’s registered credit card.
・"Do Not Collect Cancellation Fee"
No cancellation fee will be charged. Only the reservation fee for using AutoReserve will be applied.
※Use this option when the customer cancels for personal reasons.
・"Do Not Collect Cancellation Fee or Reservation Fee"
Neither the cancellation fee nor the AutoReserve reservation fee will be collected.
※Use this option when the cancellation is due to the restaurant's circumstances.

3. After selecting the option, the message "The reservation has been canceled" will appear at the bottom of the screen. The relevant reservation will be listed in the "Canceled" tab, indicating that the cancellation process has been completed.
Checking Cancellation Fee History
To confirm whether the cancellation fee was successfully collected, you can check the "Cancellation Fee History."
From the menu bar, select "Analysis" > "Cancellation Fee History" to display the screen.
Explanation of Each Item
[1] Selection of the Month
By selecting the "Year" and "Month," you can view the cancellation fee history for that specific month.
You can also navigate to previous or upcoming months using the "<" and ">" buttons or the "Current Month" button.
[2] Total Amount and Number of Cases for the Month
You can see the total cancellation fee amount and the number of cancellations for the selected month.
[3] Cancellation History for the Month
You can view a list of all reservations for which the cancellation process was carried out in the selected month.
You can select each reservation to view the details of the reservation at the time of cancellation.
