The CTI integration function is a feature that displays customer information registered in Respo when a phone call is received.
Upon receiving a call, a modal (popup) screen will appear in the Respo app, showing customer information, previous reservation history, and upcoming reservation dates, allowing you to quickly access customer data.
Even if the customer is not registered, you can immediately create a new customer or make a reservation.
This page explains how to connect the equipment to use the CTI integration feature.

Common Issues and Solutions
No Incoming Call / Phone Doesn't Ring
・Ensure Aloha is properly connected to the phone ports (Line and Phone).
・Ensure the phone lines are fully inserted.
Verify that both the line and phone cables are securely plugged in and connected properly.
・Confirm that the power is on
Ensure that the cable is properly connected to both the power socket and the power port of Aloha, and that the Aloha display is showing.
There is an incoming call, but the modal is not showing.
・Make sure Aloha and iPad are connected via Bluetooth.
You can check the connection status and reconnect from the "CTI Device Connection Settings" screen.
1. Check if Aloha is displayed as "Connected to this device" under "This device is linked to a CTI device."
2. If it shows "Connectable," click the "Connect" button to establish a connection.
3. If it shows "Not connectable," check if Aloha is powered on. If it is, move closer to Aloha 3. and click the "Search" button to connect to the target Aloha.
4. If it displays "CTI device linked to another device," it means the iPad you're using has not been set up for connection. Either set up a new connection or use an iPad that has the connection settings configured.
・Ensure that the Respo app is running.
The incoming call modal will only appear if the Respo app is open and logged in.
If the app is not running or another app is open (in the background), the modal will not show. Please ensure the Respo app is displayed and wait for the call.
・Aloha and iPad are too far apart or are interfering with each other.
If the connection drops frequently, it might be due to interference from other devices emitting signals, or the distance between Aloha and the iPad being too far.
Try moving Aloha away from Wi-Fi routers or fax machines, or placing the iPad closer to Aloha.
