You can set attributes (labels) for customer information, such as regular customers, allergies, or customers requiring special attention.
The attributes you set will be displayed in customer search screens and other relevant places.
Also, the fixed labels "VIP" and "Caution" will be shown on the reservation chart screen.
This allows you to easily identify customer attributes at a glance and use them to provide more personalized service.

[1] Confirm "Customer Attributes"
1. Select "Customer Management" > "Settings" > "Customer Attributes."
2. "VIP" and "Caution" are fixed labels.
These labels are displayed by default, and you cannot delete, hide, or change their color.
3. Other labels can be freely configured, including attribute names, label colors, hide options, and deletion.
[2] Add/Edit Customer Attributes
1. To add a new attribute, click the "Add New Customer Attribute" button.
2. A new row will appear. Set the "Attribute Name," "Label Color," and toggle the "Display in Customer List" option to ON/OFF.

When turned ON, the label will appear in the customer list.
If you want to temporarily hide a label, set it to OFF.

3. Click the "Save" button to save the changes.
For editing existing attributes, the process is the same as for adding new ones.
[3] Delete Customer Attributes
1. Select the trash icon next to the attribute you want to delete.
2. Once the attribute disappears, click the "Save" button to save the changes.
※The changes will not be reflected until you click "Save."
[4] Link Customer Attributes to Customers
1. Linking customer attributes is done through the customer information edit screen.
2. In the "Customer Attributes" section, check the box to link the label to the customer.
3. You can also click "Add Customer Attribute" to edit the customer attributes directly from the same screen.

4. Finally, click "Save" to save the changes.

If a customer’s attributes are set as "VIP" or "Caution," these label icons will appear on the chart bar linked to that reservation.
The number of reservations with each label will also be shown in the "Reservations Requiring Action" section.
