・When you want to send a thank you message after customers have visited your restaurant.
・When you want to inform all customers about this month's recommended menu or new products.

・Select "Messages" from the left sidebar to open the message management screen.
・You can directly choose the message with a customer that is displayed on the screen, or click the memo icon in the red box in the top right.
・After selecting the memo icon, you will be directed to a screen where you can choose the customer to send the message to.
・You can search by "phone number, name, or username" in the search box in the red box.
・Use the "Enter message" form at the bottom right of the screen to send any message you like.
・By clicking the icon in the red box, you can send photos or images.
User Search
・Select "Messages" from the left sidebar to open the message management screen.
・In the search box at the top of the screen, search for the username.
・You will be able to check messages from customers who have registered.
2. Sending Bulk Messages
・Select "Send to All Customers" from the left sidebar.
・Tap "Create Message" displayed on the right to open the message creation screen.
・Then, the following message creation screen will open.
・We will explain the items from top to bottom.
・Target recipients: Only those who have used the restaurant and registered with AutoReserve will be eligible for the message distribution.
・Delivery date and time: You can set the time you wish to send the message from your restaurant.
・Subject: You can add a subject to the message.
・Example: "Announcement of Long Holiday Campaign!"
・Message: You can create the following three elements:
・Text: Insert text into the body.
・Photos: Insert photos.
・Button: A button with a URL can be inserted, which makes it easy for customers to click.
・Add: You can add any of the elements: text, photos, or buttons.
By utilizing the more advanced delivery features, you can continually showcase your restaurant's charm to your customers!
3. <Reference> User's Message Screen
・When you send a message from your restaurant, the customer can check the message from your restaurant on the AutoReserve message screen.
・This can be accessed both on the app and through the AutoReserve website.

・Click the "Message" button at the top right of AutoReserve to select the message from the restaurant you wish to check.
・You can check the message from your restaurant in the following format.
・Customers can also send messages back to your restaurant.
※If the following conditions are met, a notification will appear on the customer's smartphone when the restaurant sends a message:
・The customer has registered their email address.
・The customer has enabled message notifications from the restaurant.
