【Cancellation fee payment rules】
(1) The payment cycle is “end of the month” with payment made by the end of the following month.
(2) The cancellation fee is calculated as the course fee multiplied by the number of people.
(Example) When a course reservation of 10,000 yen (including tax) is canceled (100% collection)
• Course fee: 10,000 yen (including tax) per person, number of reservations: 2 people
• Transfer fee: 380 yen
★Deposit amount = (10,000 yen × 2) - 380 yen = 19,620 yen
