Here's how to start/stop accepting reservations in the following situations.
- You're ready to take online reservations, so you want to start accepting them.
- You want to temporarily stop taking online reservations.
*If you want to accept/stop reservations on a daily basis (temporary business hours/temporary closures), the procedure is different.

Start accepting reservations
Reservation acceptance and suspension must be set for each “business hour.”
[1] Set “Accept reservations” in the business hour settings
1. Select “Settings” > “Business hours” and select the applicable business hours.
2. Select “Accept reservations” or “Accept reservations at specified times” in “Reservation acceptance method.”

3. Set the “Reservation Acceptance Start” and “Reservation Acceptance End” periods.

4. Click the “Update” button to save the changes.
4. If there are multiple business hours, set all business hours where you want to accept reservations to “Accept Reservations.”
【2】Confirm that reservations can be made on your store page.
1. Select “Settings” > “Store Information” and select “Display Store Page.”
2. When the store page opens in your browser, confirm that the calendar on the right side is marked with a “○.”
3. Select the time slot and confirm that the business hours marked as “Reservations Available” are displayed with a “○.”
★What if the calendar is not marked with a circle?
Check the following.
- Is the “Day of the week” checkbox selected in the “Business hours” settings?
- Is the “Business hours” checkbox selected in the “Menu” settings?

Is the “Menu” checkbox selected in the “Course” settings?
Stop accepting reservations
To stop accepting reservations, make the same settings for each “Business hours” setting.
【1】Set “Do not accept reservations” in the business hours settings
1. Select “Settings” > “Business Hours” and select the business hours.
2. Select “Do not accept reservations” in “Select reservation acceptance method.”
3. Press the “Update” button to update.
4. If there are multiple business hours, set “Do not accept reservations” for all business hours settings for which you want to stop accepting reservations.
★What if you cannot set “Do not accept reservations”?
Stores that have contracted POS registers or self-ordering systems may encounter the following error and be unable to set “Do not accept reservations.”
If this error occurs, it is because the business hours in question are linked to the menu currently used in the POS register or self-ordering system, making it impossible to set reservations as unavailable for each business hour.
Here is the solution for this case.
1. Set it as a temporary closure in the business day calendar
From the “Business Hours” screen, select “Edit Business Days” to set the temporary closure date.

2. Set up blocks in the reservation ledger to prevent reservations from being accepted
Open the reservation ledger and set up blocks for each table to prevent reservations from being made.

3. If unnecessary menus are linked to business hours, unlink them from the relevant menus.
From the “Menu” settings, open the settings screen for the relevant menu and uncheck “Business Hours.”
This will unlink the menu, allowing you to update the “Reservations Not Accepted” setting in the “Business Hours” settings.
*Note: Performing this operation will prevent the menu from being reflected in the POS register or self-order system. When unlinking, please ensure that the menu is not currently in use.
[2] Confirm that reservations can be made on the store page.
1. Select “Settings” > “Store Information” and then select “Display Store Page.”
2. Once the store page opens in the browser, confirm that you cannot select dates or the number of people on the calendar on the right side.
3. If you have set reservations to be unavailable during specific business hours, select a time slot and confirm that the time slots set as unavailable cannot be selected.
(Example: If you have set reservations to be available only during breakfast hours and unavailable during lunch and dinner hours)
