1. Download the App
First, download the Respo app to your iPad or iPhone.
Open the App Store and search for Respo.
Download the app named Respo by AutoReserve that appears in the search results.

2. Log in to the App
Open the Respo app that you downloaded and log in.
Please refer to the email sent after your contract for the necessary Owner ID, email address, and password to log in.

Set your restaurant's business hours.

3. Edit Business Days
In addition to regular business days, register your regular holidays and special business days, and set up the business day calendar.
This is an essential setting for starting reservation acceptance, so be sure to check it.

4. Course Settings
Register the courses you will offer.
Enter course details, prices, and conditions, and set them up in a way that is clear for customers.

5. Cancellation Fee Settings
Set up your cancellation policy.
By setting the cancellation deadline and applicable fees, you can prevent issues from last-minute cancellations.
If you do not set a cancellation fee, you can skip this step.

6. Customer Question Settings
Set the information you want to confirm with customers when making a reservation.
Identify necessary details for each course in advance to provide better service.
“Allergy Information” and “Number of Children” are required for all reservations, so no need to add them.

7. Edit Restaurant Information
Check the information displayed on your store’s reservation site, and learn how to edit it if needed.
Ensure you manage it to provide customers with clear and accurate information.

If you have an Instagram account, embed the AutoReserve URL on your profile.

1. Reservation Confirmation Email to Customers
Once a reservation is completed, a confirmation email will be sent by AutoReserve.
Additionally, notifications with the same content will be sent the day before the reservation and 1 hour before the reservation time.
