There are two types of reservations you can accept from AutoReserve:
・Instant Reservation: The reservation is automatically confirmed when the customer makes the reservation.
・Request Reservation: The reservation is confirmed only after the customer sends a reservation request, which is then approved by the store.

When a Reservation is Requested
When a request reservation is made from AutoReserve, a notification will appear on the top right of the screen in the "Notifications (bell)" icon.
By selecting the notification, you will be taken to the corresponding reservation date.
Approving a Request
From the top of the chart view, select the "Request Reservation" section and choose the requested reservation (represented by a light green bar).
You can also check request reservations from the "Awaiting Approval" tab in the reservation list view.

Details of the reservation request from the AutoReserve user will be displayed. After reviewing the details, select "Approve".
Next, select the seat you want to assign for the reservation and proceed to "Enter Details".
The detailed reservation request from the AutoReserve user (including date, reservation name, preferred course, allergy information, etc.) will appear.
After confirming the details, press "Confirm" to finalize the reservation.
Once the reservation has been accepted, the seat will be displayed with a dark green bar, indicating that the reservation is complete.
Additionally, in the reservation list view, the reservation will move to the "Confirmed" tab.
※At this point, the AutoReserve user will also receive a confirmation notification for their reservation.

Rejecting a Request
If you do not want to accept the reservation, you can reject the request.
From the top of the chart view, select the "Request Reservation" section and choose the requested reservation (light green bar).
You can also view the request reservations in the "Awaiting Approval" tab in the reservation list view.

Select "Reject".
Choose or write a reason to notify the customer and press "Confirm Request Rejection".
Once the request reservation disappears from the reservation table, the process is complete.
※At this point, the AutoReserve user will receive a notification indicating that the reservation could not be confirmed.
