This section explains the process for handling no-show cancellations.
※This feature is only available for stores that have cancellation fees set up.
Handling No-Show Cancellations by the Restaurant
・Select "Restaurant" > "Reservations."
・Choose the reservation slot you wish to manage.
・Select "Cancel Reservation."
・Regarding the cancellation fee:
Choose either "Charge Cancellation Fee" or "Do Not Charge Cancellation Fee," then select "Confirm Reservation Cancellation."
If a cancellation fee is charged:

When the cancellation fee is triggered, we will confirm your bank account details. After processing, we will contact you.
If your bank account is already registered, we will not contact you for confirmation.
