Smart Payment is a convenient service that allows you to pay using the credit card registered during your reservation through AutoReserve.
After the meal, simply enter the payment amount from the reservation system screen, and the payment is completed. This eliminates the need for in-store payment and ensures a smooth checkout process without making the customer wait.
How to Use Smart Payment
1. Confirming Smart Payment
・When customers choose to use Smart Payment during the reservation process, it will be displayed in the reservation system.
・The chart view in the reservation system will show an icon labeled "S."
・The reservation details screen will indicate "Smart Payment Available."
2. Steps for Payment
・After the meal, click the "Pay via Smart Payment" button on the reservation details screen. This will bring up a screen to input the payment amount.
・Once the correct amount is entered and the "Confirm" button is pressed, the payment will be completed.
◆How to Send a Receipt
・If you need to issue a receipt to the customer, enter the recipient’s name in the “Enter Receipt Recipient Name” field and press the “Send via Email” button.
・An electronic receipt URL will be sent to the customer's email address registered in AutoReserve for them to review.
◆Customer’s Screen
Customers can choose whether to use Smart Payment themselves on their reservation screen. Smart Payment can only be used by the store if the customer has selected "Use Smart Payment" during the reservation.
Payment Transfer Details
The amount paid through Smart Payment will be transferred to the specified account at the end of the month, minus the following fees:
・Transfer fee: 380 JPY
・Credit card fee:
・VISA, Mastercard, American Express: 3.24%
・JCB, Diners Club, Discover: 3.74%
If the account registration is incomplete, we will send a registration guide for completion.
◆How to Check Smart Payment History
You can view the Smart Payment history for each transaction by opening the "Smart Payment History" section under "Analysis" in the side menu.

Q. Do I have to use Smart Payment for a reservation that requires it?
A. No. If Smart Payment cannot be used for any reason, you can settle the bill using other methods, such as cash. Press the “Cancel Smart Payment” button to stop using Smart Payment.
Q. What should I do if there's an error with the credit card payment?
A. Cancel Smart Payment and pay using another method, such as cash.
Q. Can I correct the payment amount if I made a mistake?
A. Yes, you can modify the amount. After completing the payment, you can change the amount by pressing the “Edit Smart Payment Amount” button.
Q. How can I check past payment histories?
A. You can view past payment histories in the “Smart Payment History” screen from the menu bar.
