On AutoReserve, customers can cancel their reservations on their own.
Reservation Cancellation Request (※Available only on the app)
When you want to cancel a reservation, you can do so by the following methods:
・Calling the restaurant directly.
・Using the AutoReserve app (customer-side) to cancel.
To request a cancellation through the app, follow these steps:
・Open the app.
・Select "Account" at the bottom right of the screen.
・Select "Reservation List."
・Select the reservation you want to cancel.
・Select the highlighted section (as shown in the image).
Confirm the cancellation fee, then click "Proceed to cancel the reservation."
Select the cancellation reason and then click "Cancel Reservation."
For restaurants that use a reservation system, the cancellation can be confirmed via the following method:
・Email notification.

What happens if the customer cancels within the cancellation policy's scope?
