・You can set the "minimum number of people" and "maximum number of people" for the seats registered here for online reservations.
・Connect seats together to increase the settings that allow reservations exceeding the maximum number of people for a single seat.
・This setting is somewhat complex, so let's proceed carefully and check the details. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by email.

・Click the "..." in the top right corner of the screen.
・Click Set Connection Pattern.
・Click the "Add" button in the bottom-right corner.
・"Select seat" → "Minimum number of people" → "Maximum number of people" → "Add." Repeat this process.
Repeat this process for additional seat connections.
MEMO:
You must create a connection pattern for each individual seat.
In the following example:
e.g. Create a connection pattern for each individual seat first, and then create combination patterns for the seats.
Counter 1: Minimum 1, Maximum 1 (Individual Pattern)
Counter 2: Minimum 1, Maximum 1 (Individual Pattern)
Counter 1 and 2: Minimum 2, Maximum 2 (Combination Pattern)
Table 1: Minimum 2, Maximum 6 (Individual Pattern)
Table 2: Minimum 2, Maximum 6 (Individual Pattern)
Table 1 and 2: Minimum 7, Maximum 12 (Combination Pattern)
・Seats that you want to accept reservations for must have a "connection pattern" created. When a 'connection pattern' like the one in the red frame appears, ...
The system is now set up to accept a reservation for '1 person' at the 'Counter 1' seat.
★ Continue adding patterns to expand and establish the reservation acceptance system.
[In the case of Restaurant A]
Let's use Restaurant A as an example to help visualize the setup.

MEMO
[Things to consider when accepting reservations]
・At the counter seats, a maximum of two groups with two people each can be accommodated.
・Single-person reservations will not be accepted for table seats.
・The same rule applies to private rooms; single-person reservations are not allowed.
・For private rooms, reservations for up to 8 people will be accepted.
・Reservations should be filled in the order of counter → table → private room. These types of requests are common, and naturally, each restaurant may have its own way of handling reservations.
【3 Important Points】
1. First, decide on the maximum number of people you will accept per group for online reservations.
2. Confirm which combination of seats will allow you to accommodate the maximum number of people.
3. Set the "minimum" and "maximum" number of people for each seat.
Reflecting these requirements for the restaurant, you can then create the "connection patterns" as follows...
It will look like this. Let's go through the explanation!
① Set up a pattern to accept 1 reservation at "Counter 1".
・Similarly, create patterns for Counter 2 and Counter 3.
② Connect Counter 1 and Counter 2 to accept a reservation for 2 people.
・Do the same for Counter 2 and Counter 3.
・You can set it to accept up to 2 reservations of 2 people at the counter.
③ Set up a pattern to accept reservations for 2–4 people at Table 1.
・Similarly, create patterns for Table 2 and Table 3.
・Do not accept reservations for 1 person.
④ Set up a pattern to accept reservations for 2–4 people at Room 1.
・Do the same for Room 2.
・Do not accept reservations for 1 person.
⑤ Set up a pattern to accept reservations for 5–8 people at Rooms 1 and 2.
・Normally, each room can accommodate up to 4 people, so set it to accept 5–8 people.
・The room can accept reservations for up to 8 people.
