In this section, we explain how to add a new table (seat) in the table settings.

1. From the menu bar, go to "Settings" > "Tables."
【2】 Add a New Seat
1. Click the "Add Table" button at the bottom-right of the screen.
2. Enter the following details:
① Table Name (Required)
Enter the name of the seat for your restaurant's management.
(e.g. Table 1, Table 2, Private Room 1, etc.)
② Floor
If using the floor map, select the floor where the table will be placed.
③ Number of People
Enter the minimum and maximum number of people for the table.
④ Table Type
Choose from "Table / Counter / Terrace / Semi-private Room / Private Room / Tatami" based on the actual style of the seat.
⑤ Smoking
Select whether the seat is a smoking or non-smoking area.
⑥ Connection Pattern
By checking this option, the table settings will be automatically created for reservations in AutoReserve.
⑦ Table Layout Parts
If using the floor map, choose the layout for the table.

3. Once all fields are filled, press the "Add" button to complete the addition of the table.
【3】 Change the Order of the Tables
You can set the order of the tables in the reservation chart display.
1. In the table settings screen, click the "..." icon in the top-right and open "Change Table Order" from the basic items.
2. Press and hold the swap icon ○ and move the tables to the desired order.
3. Press the "Save" button to confirm the changes.
