What are questions for customers?
To avoid reservation issues as much as possible, you can ask "customer questions" during the course selection to facilitate communication.

Creating Questions
1. Go to Restaurant > Settings > Courses, and select Set questions for customers.
2. Select "Add Question" at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Enter a question title.
This title will not be displayed to customers, so choose a clear and descriptive name.
4. Select the question type.
・Text
・This will require the customer to provide an answer in text form.
・Example question: "Please enter the message you want on the birthday cake."
・Example answer: "Please write 'Congratulations OOO' on the cake."

・Checkbox
・This allows the customer to check a box.
・Example question: "If you have children under elementary school age, please check 'Yes'."
・Example answer: "Yes" (checked).

・Radio Button
・Use this for selecting options such as preferences.
・Example question: "Please select the type of pizza for the course (multiple choices allowed)."
・Example answer: "Flavor A ◉, Flavor B ○".

5. Choose whether the answer is mandatory.
If checked, the customer must answer the question.
6. Enter the question for the customer.
e.g. "For customers with children": Please provide the number and ages of the children below.
After completing the editing, be sure to select "Create" at the bottom of the page.
