・Settings
・Open the Respo by AutoReserve app.
・Go to Restaurant > Settings > Basic Settings.
・Scroll down the page and select "Set Reservation Manager."
・Enable the "Enable Reservation Manager Selection" button and make it green.
Setting Reservation Notifications
・Go to Restaurant > Settings > Basic Settings.
・Scroll down the page and select "Set Reservation Notifications."
・Enable the "Notify Reservation Notifications" button and make it green.
How to Set the Manager for Each Type of Reservation
・For Online Reservations
1. A reservation will be made by a customer.
2. The reservation will appear in green on the reservation chart screen.
3. Select the corresponding reservation.
4. Click "Change Reservation" at the bottom right of the "Reservation Details" screen.
5. Set the following:① Date & Time, ② Seat Selection, ③ Details, ④ Confirmation.
6. After confirming the details (③), the "Select Reservation Manager" screen will appear.
7. Select the manager and click "Confirm and Proceed."
8. The "Reservation Details Confirmation" screen will show "Manager l OOOO" in gray at the top right. Then, click the "Confirm" button.
9. Setup is complete.
・For Manual Reservation Creation
1. On the reservation chart screen, click the "Add Reservation" button at the bottom right.
2. Set the following: ① Date & Time, ② Number of People, ③ Seat Selection, ④ Confirmation.
3. After confirming the details in ③, the "Select Reservation Manager" screen will appear.
4. Select the manager and click "Confirm and Proceed."
5. On the "Reservation Details Confirmation" screen, "Manager l OOOO" will appear in gray at the top right. Then, click the "Confirm" button.
6. Setup is complete.
Creating a Manager (Adding Members)
Here’s how to create a manager.
・Logging into the web management screen is required.
・You will need the Owner ID, email address, and password.
